During July, August, and Fall Foliage, we require a two-night minimum on weekends at the above rates. If you choose to stay one night only, a $20 surcharge will be added. (based on availability).

DEPOSITS: Rooms cannot be held without a reservation and deposit. Full payment is required for a deposit on a one-night stay. 50% deposit is required for two (2) or more nights. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks.

CANCELLATION: A cancellation notice must be given two (2) weeks in advance for a full refund. If cancellation is given less than 2 weeks in advance AND the room can be rented, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. If the room cannot be re-rented, the deposit will be forfeited. There will be an additional charge of $25 for all returned checks.

Yoga on Short Sands Beach
Short Sands Beach is a great location in which to enjoy the morning sunrise. It is also a wonderful place to do yoga
or to meditate. Above, Barbara (center) joins guests Laura , Kathleen, Lauren and Olivia
for an impromptu yoga session at the ocean's edge. Mats are available if you'd like to do yoga during your stay.
